Who knew vegetable oil can be used to remove stickers and labels from furniture, glass bottle and jars, plastic containers, etc.? I've even used it remove tape off of my vinyl floor.
To remove, just saturate a cotton ball in some vegetable oil and rub the sticker or label. The sticker should start to loosen and begin wipe off easily. Be sure to clean up any oily residue left behind.

@Keeya – It does work well. I had duct take glue stuck on my ceramic floor and it came right off.
I have personally tried this and again – you are a genuios. I bought new tupperware bowls, and when I was washing them, the sticker came off, but the glue would not. I reached over and grabbed my olive oil, poured a few drops on, and WOW, it came right off.
THANK YOU – again…
